Ask anyway
These lists are the cities we work in regularly, not a fence. If you are just outside one of them — or inside the county but in a town we have not named — call and ask. We would rather tell you yes or no in thirty seconds than have you keep searching.
What we will not do is say yes to ordinary work five hours up the coast and leave your roof open while we drive. The three counties above are what one crew can cover properly, and covering them properly is the point. After a named storm the arithmetic changes — see below.
Key West to Tallahassee
Day to day we work Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. That is what one crew can cover properly, and covering it properly is the point.
A named storm is different. After Hurricane Ian in 2022 there were not enough hands in the state to go around, and we ran from Key West to Tallahassee covering roofs for people who were told to wait weeks.
If a storm has opened your roof and you are somewhere else in Florida, call anyway. We will tell you straight whether we can get to you — and if we cannot, we will say so instead of booking you and leaving you open.

Before-and-after photos, a written scope, and dated records your adjuster can use — so the mitigation you paid for is on the file.
