What we collect

What you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you are asking about, any message you write, and any photograph you upload or text to us.
SMS consent. Whether you checked the box agreeing to receive text messages, and when.
Usage data. Pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, referring site, and which buttons you tapped — including taps on our phone and text links.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or any similarly sensitive identifier through this website.

How we use it

To quote your job, schedule it, and do the work.
To contact you about your estimate or your job by phone, text or email.
To produce the documentation you or your insurer need for a claim.
To measure which parts of this site actually generate calls, so we can improve it.
To meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with lead brokers or any other contractor.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Full House Wrap LLC at the number you gave us — including messages sent using an automated system — about your estimate and your job.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply HELP for help.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We will send one confirmation and then stop.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out of texts does not stop us calling you about a job already in progress. Mobile information gathered for SMS consent is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Photographs you send us

Photographs of damage help us quote accurately and support your claim. We keep them with your job file. We may use job photographs — including before-and-after pairs — in our gallery, advertising and social media, without your name or address, unless you tell us not to. Email us at info@fullhousewrapllc.com and we will exclude yours.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use it, and may use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking so we can tell which ads produce real calls. These set cookies or similar identifiers and share usage data with those providers, who act as our analytics and advertising partners.

You can block cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and adjust ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use this site or to contact us.

We honour Global Privacy Control and "Do Not Track" signals where your browser sends them.

Who else sees your information

Our web host and email provider, in order to deliver the form and our email.
Our analytics and advertising providers, as described above.
Your insurance carrier or adjuster, only where you ask us to send them documentation.
Our accountants, insurers or lawyers, where they need it.
Law enforcement or a court, where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Job records, including photographs and invoices, are kept for as long as our insurance and tax obligations require — generally seven years. Enquiries that never became jobs are deleted within two years. SMS consent records are kept for as long as we may need to evidence that consent.

Your choices

Write to info@fullhousewrapllc.com and you can ask us to:

tell you what we hold about you;
correct it;
delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
stop contacting you, by any or all channels;
exclude your job photographs from our marketing.

Florida residents, and residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, may have additional rights. We apply the list above to everybody regardless.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us anything through this site that you would not be comfortable sending by email.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
