We are a roof protection specialist based in Miami Gardens. Shrink wrap and emergency tarping are not a sideline we added — they are the whole business, and that is why we are good at them.
Most people find us on the worst day of their year. The roof is open, the forecast is bad, and the roofer who is going to fix it properly cannot start for three weeks. That gap is the problem we exist to solve: getting real, watertight protection onto a damaged roof fast, and producing the documentation that makes the insurance side of it go smoothly.
We work out of 5424 NW 199th Terrace, Miami Gardens, FL 33055 and we cover three counties — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Miami-Dade is home, and it is where we are fastest.

A note from the owner
Fabian G. founded Full House Wrap LLC in 2025 with one job in mind: keeping South Florida homes dry when the weather turns.
The idea came from watching how much of the damage that follows a storm was preventable. A roof opens up, the permanent repair is weeks out, and in the gap the water gets into everything — ceilings, insulation, drywall, floors. Most of that bill is written in the days nobody covered the roof.
So the company was built around closing that gap and nothing else: temporary protection, put on quickly, installed properly, and documented so the insurance side goes smoothly. Shrink wrap and tarps are not a service we added on. They are the whole business.

Four things we do not compromise on
We tell you which service you actually need
Shrink wrap costs more than a tarp. If a tarp is right for your situation we say so, and we say so on the phone before we drive out.
We document everything
Dated photographs before we touch the roof, a written scope, photographs after. Your claim is only as good as the record behind it.
We finish the edges
Perimeters, valleys, vents and penetrations are where a wrap holds or fails. It is the slowest part of the job and the part we do not rush.
We stay in our three counties
Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach. We could list the whole state on this page. We would just be slower to your roof.
Key West to Tallahassee
Day to day we work Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. That is what one crew can cover properly, and covering it properly is the point.
A named storm is different. After Hurricane Ian in 2022 there were not enough hands in the state to go around, and we ran from Key West to Tallahassee covering roofs for people who were told to wait weeks.
If a storm has opened your roof and you are somewhere else in Florida, call anyway. We will tell you straight whether we can get to you — and if we cannot, we will say so instead of booking you and leaving you open.
What we can and cannot say
You will not find a licensing or insurance badge anywhere on this site. Not because there is nothing to say, but because we are not going to put a claim about either in front of you without the number printed next to it — and those details are being confirmed before they go on this page.
